The CrazyGoldFish API lets your software use CrazyGoldFish’s AI directly. Your platform sends information, such as a student’s answer sheet or a topic for a worksheet, and gets results back, such as marks with feedback or a finished worksheet. Teachers and students keep using your product while CrazyGoldFish does the AI work in the background. Every API uses the same web address and the same access token:

Quickstart

Get a token and make your first call in five minutes.

Generate a worksheet

Follow a complete integration from topic to answer key.

What can you build with the API?

Exam Evaluation

Extract questions, model answers, and grade handwritten answer sheets.

Assignment Evaluation

Grade daily assignments from documents or audio against a rubric or model answer.

Rubrics

Create scoring rubrics and criteria for assignment evaluation.

Worksheet Builder

Generate curriculum-aligned questions, answers, and explanations.

Lesson Plan Builder

Generate lesson plans with objectives, activities, and assessments.

Action Plans

Turn evaluation results into student and teacher action plans.

ClassTrack

Analyze classroom recordings against a teaching rubric.

How does an integration work?

Most CrazyGoldFish operations use AI and take from seconds to minutes, so they run as background jobs: Read Async jobs and webhooks for polling rules and webhook events.

Conventions

The APIs come from two families that follow slightly different conventions. Check which family an endpoint belongs to by its path. Action Plans (/action-plan) and ClassTrack (/class-track) follow the left-hand column: no trailing slash, 401 for an invalid token, and text status values. Action Plans add a Partial status. Error formats also differ. See Errors. ClassTrack sends the access token without the Bearer prefix. See Authentication.

Frequently asked questions

Contact CrazyGoldFish. You receive an API username and password, which your developers exchange for an access token.
No. Your developers send requests and receive results. CrazyGoldFish runs and maintains the AI.
Grading an answer sheet or writing a worksheet takes the AI longer than a normal web request allows. The API starts a background job and tells you when it’s done. See Async jobs and webhooks.
Call List boards, then List grades and List subjects, to see what you can use. Lesson plans and worksheets need the IDs those calls return.
Call it from your server. Your credentials and tokens must stay secret, and code in a browser or mobile app can be read by anyone who uses it.
